Boycotted Topshop/Primark/RiverIsland this Summer and refused to buy any kind of floral related hair accessory, namely because my head seemed to always be too big, so channeled my inner country girl and donned wild flowers instead. I seriously need to get over S/S now it's November though. Time to buy hats!

Forever and a day without posting and all I have to offer is lazy phone pictures, so bad. I'm sorry. I thought about having a massive catch up sesh to get back up to speed, but when I tried to back track over everything that's happened since my last post in January, I ended up just thinking-shit! I (somehow) completed my final year at uni, graduated, turned 21, moved house, ran away to America, came back and landed my dream career. Vaguely in that order. Determined to be a better blogger from now on, but Christmas coming up and with an imminent move to London somewhere on the cards, it doesn't look like i'm gonna catch my breath any time soon.

So for now, a few snaps from my latest New York adventure. Fallen in love all over again.

[Belated Paris]

No one likes a whinge, but what I would give to be anywhere but here right now. I think work related exhaustion and living in my p-jams has given me a touch of the January blues- nothing a pair of heels, smudge of lippy and a glass of vino couldn't sort out though I'm sure. Anyway, on the subject of places I'd rather be, I realised never shared any of my Paris pictures from a year or so ago as I broke my camera and wiped my phone. So pleased I stumbled across these fiercely glamorous images via 10th Muse today (check my blog roll.) A (fake) fur jacket similar to this gorgeous leopard print number is something I'm on the hunt for right now, not too short but not too long, so I can pair it with indigo skinnies, a floaty waist skirt or even a black maxi. My hairs about ready for the chop too and I think this is the style I want to go for next. Considering hanging on until the Summer though, centre partings in the rain is not something that works for me, sadly I speak from experience.
